Drupal should be your favor engine when you have to bring up an eCommerce or a SocialCommerce Site. The stable core and a plenty of extensions is a guarantee for successful business projects. The DrupalCommerce modules allow you to easily enter the commercial path with your site. Simply setup your nodes as products and sell them at the global online internet market.

The session will give you first details about DrupalCommerce and doing E-Commerce with Drupal. Ubercart was the rocking solution for eCommerce until Drupal7, for now in my mind it is DrupalCommerce.
